LYB Participation Fee

 

As a non-profit organization, LYB's goal is to provide families in our community with a quality baseball experience at a reasonable price.  Participation fees will vary depending on the number of players on the team, schedule (# of games), manager/coach (volunteer or paid), and other variables. The fee covers the cost of the following per-season and ongoing expenses incurred by LYB:

 

  • Uniform (2 game jerseys, 1 practice jersey, 1 pant, 1 hat)
  • Travel league play
  • Tournament play
  • Umpire fees
  • Per game field usage fees
  • Per season field usage fees
  • Insurance
  • Baseballs
  • Indoor/offseason training
  • Independent tryout evaluators
  • Website/Administrative
  • Paid team Manager and/or Coach(s) (where applicable)
  • Outside instructors (where applicable)

All participation fees (Excluding 8u) are due at the yearly uniform fitting held each November. Payment plans are available upon request.
